Why I built Nuri

I work in sustainability, and I have never taken that to mean only the environment. It covers people too. How well a society looks after its older members is the same kind of long-term question as how it looks after its air and water.

Nuri started with something ordinary. Families want to help each other with the basics of staying well, medications, exercise, appointments, and there is no good way to do it without either nagging or hovering. That information sits in too many places, and the person carrying it is usually the adult child who already has the least time.

So Nuri keeps those basics in one place, in a form a parent can actually use, and shows the family enough to be reassured without taking over. The AI in it does one job: make health information easy to reach and easy to understand at the moment you need it.
